Pastors are growing increasingly comfortable with the Internet as a way to spread the gospel, according to a study from The Barna Group. That may be a good thing, given that nearly half of them say the online world soon will be many believers’ only conduits to spirituality.

About 47 percent of pastors polled said that at least some people will engage with religion solely through the Internet in the next 10 years. About 87 percent of pastors said it’s theologically acceptable to look for religious experiences or theological help online—up from the 78 percent who said so in 2000. (Christianity Today)
