This 10-week small group study asks who Jesus is, then goes on to study His life and ministry, providing an atmosphere for going deep in search of the answer. It’s not so much about providing the answers, but creating an atmosphere where participants can work toward answers together. The leaders’ guide is brimming with instructions, suggestions and outlines for each week’s session. Ideas include movie clips, contemplative songs, projects and more, with specific instructions about where each of those illustrations can be obtained in the real world and online.
Each week has a checklist of what needs to be acquired, which is a huge help for a scatter-brained guy like me. Overall, I think it’s a great study. In a market saturated with small group options, this is one of the better ones. For the experienced leader or the new recruit, it is a leaders’ guide that is easy to use and a great starting point. Definitely worth taking a look.
