For fans of “The Simpsons,” there’s apparently nothing more frustrating than quoting the long-running Fox show and not have the exact image from the exact episode handy with which to pair said quote. Now these fans can give a collective “woo-hoo!” A new search engine called Frinkiac is meant for them. Type in a quote, and the engine will scan nearly 3 million screenshots from the show’s first 15 episodes and pull the most appropriate images.

“We had the idea several years ago when we were quoting ‘The Simpsons’ at each other all day long, and it was surprisingly difficult to find an image of the scenes we were quoting on Google,” co-creator Sean Schulte told Wired. (Time)
