Cosmin Mihaiu admittedly was too enamored with the violent, gratuitous video game series “Grand Theft Auto” as a teen; but now as a 25-year-old CEO, he’s channeling his one-time addiction to the game for a better purpose: He’s designing games to help people become addicted to physical rehabilitation.

“One game has patients doing squats in order to control a video bee in pursuit of pollen,” writes Nathan Siegel of OZY. “Another requires them to make swimming motions to power a submarine scouring the sea floor for artifacts. Developers can tailor a single game to help people with a variety of ailments.” (OZY)
