This is a fun and energetic game that you can use post-Thanksgiving.

Before your group meeting, create two headbands (sweat bands work best) that have pedometers attached to them. Allowing each member in the youth group one minute, see who can put the most steps on his or her pedometer by jogging in place and shaking.

This is a hilarious game with lots of head-bobbing, bee-bopping and jogging…and calories burned. Use this game to get rid of some pumpkin pie!
