Teenagers’ lives are tough. The stress of dealing with school, friends, boyfriends/girlfriends, sex, drugs, peer pressure, and sexual orientation can be overwhelming. This book addresses all the things that teens deal with daily and gives practical tips on how to cope. Although Fox and Kirschner are not writing from a Christian standpoint (much emphasis is placed on “centering” oneself to remain balanced), this is a good tool for teens (and their parents) to help better understand and deal with stress.
