Jeremy Camp and Family Force 5 were named CCMmagazine.com’s top artist and band, respectively, in the site’s 2009 Readers’ Choice Awards.
Both Camp and Family Force 5 took home multiple honors, with Camp also named Best Songwriter, while FF5 earned Best Album honors (for Dance or Die) and, perhaps with a bit of unintended irony, Most Underrated Artist.
Readers voted TobyMac as Best Male Artist and Natalie Grant Best Female Artist. Chris Tomlin snagged Best Worship Artist honors for the fifth straight year, while KJ-52 earned Best Hip-Hop Artist for a fourth time.
