The leaders at Mosaic are committed to identifying gifts in people and even give them superhero-type titles (Steve is a Catalyst at Mosaic). We might not be able to pick up obscene amounts of weight, but Saccone’s book makes us feel as if our natural ability to connect with people relationally is our super power.

His book is about identifying the ways in which relational intelligence in the communities where God has called us to can change the way leaders lead. As leaders we might be book smart, but being smart in our relationships can open doors to spiritual influence.

For leaders in any context, relational intelligence is indispensible. Are we Compelling Relators? Or the Conversational Futurist? Saccone’s book will identify the tools and necessity for building up relational intelligence in leaders.
