On March 7 and 8, 2012, Christ Fellowship will host a conference for highly influential youth pastors from across the nation. These youth pastors are leaders at organizations and churches such as Christ Fellowship, Willow Creek, First Baptist Church of Orlando, Indiana Wesleyan University and many others.

The B.O.B. Conference (Band of Brothers) was started in 2011 by Pastor Shaun Blakeney from Christ Fellowship and Brent Crowe from Student Leadership University. The conference makes it possible for influential leaders to talk about ministry challenges, encourage one another and strategize for the next year of ministry.

This year, 30 pastors are planning to attend the conference, where they will hear from speakers such as Christ Fellowship’s Todd Mullins and John Maxwell, as well as Lance Witt and Drew Worsham. These speakers will address myriad issues, including confronting unhealthy staff, reaching and developing the fringe kids, how to navigate ministry legally, and tackling student leadership challenges.
