Mark DeVries Launches Children’s Ministry Architects

By News Item | Posted: July 26, 2010 | July 2010
Veteran youth worker and author Mark DeVries has helped 170 churches since launching Youth Ministry Architects eight years ago. He often was asked, "Can you help us with our children's ministry?" Now the answer is, "Yes!"

DeVries and his team knew that what pastors were asking for was the same results-driven, highly relational process they had experienced with YMA in the past. What they weren't so sure about was whether those processes that have worked so predictably with youth ministries would be transferable to children's ministry.

Now, after adjusting the core YMA processes to fit more appropriately with children's ministry and adding consultants to the team with unique expertise in working with children's programs, YMA staffers have made an extraordinary discovery: The YMA process works as well with children's ministries (some have actually said even better) as it has been proven to work in youth ministries.

YMA will be launching Children's Ministry Architects publicly this fall (2010). To learn more about the YMA/CMA process visit YMArchitects.com.
