The souls of teenagers and youth workers alike need to hear from God. The good news is He's been speaking. The question is, Have we been listening? If we tuned in to His voice, we might just be hearing how He wants to use us to change the world.

Andrew Hedges has journeyed alongside teenagers nearly a decade, but it hasn't been until this past year that he really has begun to "tune in" to the voice of God. Andrew continues to awaken as a youth pastor in Basking Ridge, N.J., with his adoring wife and three incredibly cute daughters.
