Austin Wierschke may be a year older, but his thumbs aren’t any slower. The 17-year-old proved that by winning LG’s National Texting Competition for the second year in a row. “It feels incredible,” said the Wisconsin teen, who sent more than 500 texts a day to his friends in order to prepare for the contest. He says he’ll use the $50,000 he won this year along with his $50,000 prize from the year before for college. (AP)
