Strong Walk: Becoming a Lifestyle Spiritual Warrior
By Randy Sprinkle

New Hope Publishers, 2007, 128pp., $13.99, www.NewHopePublishers.com

Keeping youth involved in a devotional Bible study is not always easy to do, but Randy Sprinkle’s Strong Walk has all the tools to successfully achieve the goal. The easy-to-follow, six-week guide breaks down the steps in five days a week to make youth properly prepared  “spiritual warriors.” This book provides the weapons that are needed to aid youth in daily struggles and tries to keep them in a reflective state of mind throughout the day.

With chosen Scriptures, devotional discussion, reminders of how to live a spiritual life, an evening reflection, and a daily prayer, Sprinkle gives the reader just enough to focus on daily, without overwhelming them. Sprinkle identifies Satan as the enemy and gives tips on how to ward off his attempts to hinder spiritual life. Youth workers will find the tools helpful in properly arming youth against the outside evils they will encounter.
