PARADISE08 is fast approaching. Have you registered your youth ministry group yet? La Cygne, KS, outside Kansas City, will host the event on Sunday, May 25, 2008.
Organizers are calling this worship event one of the most unique events of their ministry life. This gathering of college and high school students will surround a “foundation of the heavenly throne,” situated in a rural field in the center of the nation.
Prayer and periods of silence will be mixed with vocal worship led by 60 musicians leading praise, but the artists will be hidden so all focus will be on Jesus. Lyrics and Scripture will be displayed on Jumbotrons.
The audible “voice of God” will speak Scripture to the hearts of worshippers, and they will proclaim Scripture aloud in response.

Nothing will be sold or advertised during this event, nor will any cause be promoted. No one will benefit monetarily from this event. The only agenda item is to worship Christ the King.
