information elsewhere, but it wouldn’t impact your heart in the way this book does. Goyer addresses a wide variety of relevant marriage topics in this book: balance, money, lovemaking, dreams and goals, media and intimacy, to name a few. She does this in a fun way by introducing them with snippets of songs from the 70s and 80s. “I quote them because their music defined our times. I quote them not because they have the answers, but because they reveal our questions.” These combined with numerous facts and stats about marriage give a “multimedia” reading experience.
