Farewell June
Right now Farewell June is involved with the full time ministry of our own We don't use a ministry partner as of yet. We may very well get involved with a group like that, but right now we feel a very direct call to pay serious attention to the issue that people all over the world are dealing with a serious case of personal identity crisis. I know this seems a little self-absorbed, but believe me when I say the last four years of touring, talking, and ministering to the people of this nation has made it clear the question of who we really are is on everyone's mind. We are compelled to use every moment we are given on stage to speak TRUTH through the Word of God that says this: In a world where everyone works so hard on being individuals, and trying to seek out their role in society, we can be sure that if our identity is found in Jesus first, we will discover our true purpose will come into focus.

This new album is called Identity Crisis. Every song on this album is personal and has been recorded in such a way that every song is completely different from the song before it. Farewell June makes no claims to be hyper-spiritual or somehow in complete control. We do, however, believe in the anointing. This is what we pray for every day! Not that we would be the best band in the world, but that we would be an anointed band that does everything to the best of its abilities. Our first single off this album is called "Run to You." It sometimes seems, even though we hear it all the time, we forget the FIRST place we should go in our times of need is to God. We know that for us personally that in so many times of crisis we find ourselves trying to work out the situation our on our own, panicking and than finally getting together to pray. We want to run to our Father FIRST. There never is going to be a moment when we can't run to God. For this one thing Farewell June will continue to tell the world of our Father's love.
