When sharing an idea be specific. Let us know how many kids were involved and whereyou used this idea. How much prep time is needed and what materials did you use? How many times have youused this idea? Are there postive and negatives that a youth ministershould be aware of? What part of the country or world are you from? The more information you can provide about your idea willhelp other youth ministers better implement it in their ministries.

What does a typical week look like for you?

Saddleback Church's Jr. High ministry produced a humorous video about what their staff does all week playing on the cliche' that youthworkers just "play for a living." Since we know you do more than play paintball and eat pizza we want to know what your weekly schedule is like. What is a typical week look like for you? How often are you in the office? On a school Campus? Holding meetings? Involved with other church business?

What do you do about joint custody?

It's not a big deal with our kids, so we don't address it.
It's a big deal for us, and we try to get our kids to remain faithful to our group (or at least one of the groups!).
It's a big deal, but God is a big God, so we encourage our kids to learn and grow from a variety of Christian ministries.
The other groups are better than ours, so I persuade the kids to attend the other groups!
