For this game, you will need a hat, index cards and pencils.

Begin by asking each teenager in the group to write down one thing about him or herself that no one else in the group would know. Write no names on the cards.  (Examples might include: “I broke my arm when I was 4 years old,” or “I secretly listen to the Back Street Boys.”)

Each teenager then places his or her card into the hat, they are mixed and then drawn out one at a time. Read the anonymous cards, and invite others to guess the person referenced by the secret information. See who can garner the most points, or just play for fun. At the end of this game, have a discussion about how it might be to be a new person in the youth group or in school, where no one knows your background and history.
