The Academy Awards swag bag, given to all the Oscar nominees, has reached an estimated value of $220,000 this year—nearly $100,000 more than last year.

The biggest single gift in the bag is an all-inclusive 10-day trip to Israel (including a private security escort), valued at $55,000. The second largest is a $54,000 walking tour in Japan. Four other trips are included in the bag, as are a number of other, more tangible items—from a metal pocket wallet ($125) to portion control dining plates ($29.95) to organic protein shakes ($19.97).
